My Thoughts On My Latest Skincare Empties.

skincare products I will definitely be repurchasing.

I am back again with one of these series, where I share my skincare empties, what I think about them and if I will be repurchasing. Let’s admit, it’s quite hard going through a skincare bottle or container, especially when you have quite a few lined up waiting for you to open them. I set a goal of hitting the pan of each skincare product I have, before diving into the next one. This way, I can properly give an honest opinion on how I feel about them, and to also avoid any adverse skin reaction from constantly changing products.

Is the versed skincare moisturizer worth buying?

This is the Versed skin Soak rich moisture cream, which retails for $12.59. It contains squalane and vitamin E, to hydrate and replenish the skin. It has a good texture, rich but not greasy or heavy on the skin. My skin loved it, but I didn’t think it was a “great” moisturiser for me. I didn’t get that feeling of “I must have this moisture cream again”. However, if you are needing something clean, affordable, no reaction, does the work and feels good on the skin, yes, this is a good moisturizer to check out.

Is the Merit Glow Serum worth buying?

This is the Merit great skin serum which retails for $38. It is a lightweight bi-phase serum that leave the skin very glow. I must say, the first day I applied this serum on my skin, I was in disbelief of how incredible it felt on my skin. I could instantly feel my skin get ample hydration, which an instant healthy glow. It contains Hyaluronic acid and niacinamide, to help brighten the skin. This is one serum I will definitely be repurchasing.

Is Pacifica beauty Retinol Serum worth buying?

This is the Pacifica beauty Wake Up Beautiful Retinoid Serum. It retails for $20, which in my opinion, is one of the most affordable retinoid serum that I have ever used. Most retinoid serum are anywhere from $60 upwards. If you are new to introducing retinoid to your skincare routine, this is one product to try out. I was not a fan of the texture but I made it work. No adverse reaction, and it paired well with my other skincare products. Would I buy this again? Hmmmm probably, if I run out of my favorite retinoids serums but not ready to splurge on an expensive one.
