It is important to focus on the external care our body needs, and not just the internal care because they work together.
I have always wanted to have other body treatments asides deep tissue massages.

First time having a lymphatic drainage body treatment and it was 100/10. As one who loves skincare, selfcare and everything inbetween, I knew I had to try it out.
Lymphatic drainage massage, is a different type of massage that focuses on removing toxins, and excess water in the body while targeting cellulites.
What excites me most was when my massage therapist used the vacuum machine to gentle slide and suck on my thighs. They were cold but soothing at the same time.
I took several deep breaths as she focused on my stomach, rib cage and abdomen. She could tell that was the region I had more water retention. There was an immediate shrinkage in the size of my stomach after focusing on that area. She proceeded to work on my sides and back.
The pressure used was not intense, but sufficient enough to target the regions where there was water retention.
She encouraged me to drink lots of water use the toilet frequently immediately after the treatment, to help flush out more toxins.
A shot of ginger, turmeric and orange juice was given to me accompanying the body treatment.

My total experience at the Global Ambassador Hotel Spa was top notch. The ambience, the environment was very relaxing, the staff well versed in their services. Post body treatment service was also top notch.
You get access to their Mini Hair salon stand, skincare stand with high end products, a luxurious shower and accessories to give you the star experience you deserve.
