An interesting day again with CJ, after we had driven around town, looking for a good picture location, dealing with shadows in our tests shoot, we ended on a busy bridge with tonnes of people walking by. Could our photo session get any worse? No, but we had to summon courage for the lens.
My shirt had wrinkled from the long sitting and driving, but I was hell bent on shooting this look. Achieving this casual day time look, I styled my multi-colored shirt with a white denim, paired with my midi block heels from Cato Fashion which I absolutely recommend as a transitional piece for spring. They are sold out on these because I got them last season. Linking a couple here Miu Miu Camel-Brown Heels which you can also shop from Current Boutique and this VERY similar one by Spring Step .
One of my first 80s VINTAGE thrifted item is this shirt by CALICHE COLLECTION which I found on a random Etsy Shop HERE
With spring here, you will be seeing more white jeans and colorful outfits.
My slim belt is ALDO and you can shop the exact same one HERE and a couple of similar ones Here, Here, and Here.

Saturday morning, CJ and I decided to take the streets for our photo session. The first couple of hours was a hassle because we had chosen Brick town here in Oklahoma City, little did we know that it would be packed full with people because it was a beautiful warm day.
We took it down to the streets, with a number of people walking around, road blocks and people staring, we kept doing our thing. At first, I was a little uncomfortable because I have never gone out out to take pictures in a busy City where people are watching. After a while, I became confident and didn’t care, walking and flipping my hair across the streets.
Hey lovelies, how are you all doing? I am curious to know what your weather feels like wherever you are, because mine keeps surprising us with a minus feel.
Today’s blog will be pretty basic. I went for a bloggers closet sale event and was able to pick an item from all the closets. Typically, while I shop, I envision how I would style or pair each item while sometimes, I buy an item because it’s nice and has styling potential.
I was able to snag this plaid A-line mini whowhatwear skirt from @thedandyliar closet and its super soft, nice and has these bold brown buttons on the side. Found the exact same skirt, and you can shop from Target Here
Did I say how much I love the mix of cream, black and red? These colours are usually one of the best combinations that would help when choosing your colour of accessories.
Because I have an ankle lenght boot, I decided to style this skirt with my mock turtle neck top by H&M and you can shop same type Here , also paired with my Vintage lenghty sweater. The details and placements on this sweater is so unique.
Same black glossy patent boots I have had for a while now by Kenneth Cole which I have linked something similar Here
