Shops That Offer Affordable Clothing Prices.

Hello everyone, welcome back! I hope you all are doing well. If you haven’t yet joined my Instagram family, do so because that’s where I share my daily outfit inspiration. On Today’s Blog Post, I will be answering my most asked question~ “Joy where do you shop?”

I consider myself to be a frugal person when shopping for clothes. I am typically a mix of highs and lows and I do not have a particular place or shop I love to buy clothing from. With that being said, there is an exception for spending on special occasions.

Special Occasions include weddings, family ceremonies to attend, birthdays graduation etc. This however has not forced me into spending over $350 on one item. Maybe someday I will, but now, my mind set about spending on clothes, shoes, or bags in general hasn’t changed. This is because I do not attach so much importance to material things even though I believe in looking good always.

I will be listing the places I typically shop from in no order of importance. I love shopping from Thrift Stores and this includes Goodwill, Outreach Thrift, Uptown Thrift etc. I go to different locations, I enter random thrift stores just in search of pieces that are unique. Somedays I am lucky, some days I am not. I also shop from H&M, Forever21, Nordstrom, Nordstrom Rack, Zara etc. For Unique Vintage Pieces, check out My Vintage Shop.

Burlington is also a great place to find affordable clothing with great quality. They also carry some designer brands like Franco Sarto, BCBG, Calvin Klein, Karl Lagerfeld etc. I also shop from Shop bop, Bauble Bar (especially my jewelry pieces)

Other places include Marshalls- OMG, I love Marshalls, because they have affordable stylish pieces and they also carry a few designer items like French Connection. I also love Target, Walmart (I barley shop from Walmart but they are becoming the next Fashion Warehouse), Departmental Stores (Macys, JCPenny etc) are also good places to find affordable items on sale. These stores usually do sales and you will definitely find something.

Other places include Half of Half Name Brand Clothing. This is an incredible place to shop from as they have a variety of choices, from designer pieces, to high street pieces, to personal stylist pieces. Random shops in the Mall is also a good place to check out for affordable pieces.

I also shop randomly from online stores I come across, insofar as the pieces are not expensive and they depict my personal style. That is basically it. If i didn’t list some stores I shop from I didn’t do that on purpose. When I get these pieces, I style them together to make a great outfit. It can be a mix of Thrift and Nordstrom item to create that perfect look. I always say you don’t need to break the bank to look good.
