Starting off this week’s style inspiration with this two-piece floral set from Burlington. A two-piece set embodies a plethora of style options. Their nature paves way for multiple styling and endless looks, especially ones with prints or patterns.

One question I ask regularly is ‘’Joy where do you shop from” and I have answered those multiple times. I shop every where, because there are gems everywhere if only you look properly and sometimes, they show up when you aren’t paying much attention. The drill is to catch on the style possibilities and take them home. This scenario applied to this floral set, sitting right in front of the racks in Burlington. Racks I barely pay attention to when I go shopping there.
This set comes in smocked style, puff sleeves a V-neck and an elasticized sleeve band. It is the epitome of what a cute pretty top looks like. Did I mention how beautiful the floral colors and how the print plays a huge role in the overall perfect spring summer style of this outfit? It is a subtle way of introducing florals into your spring summer wardrobe. Thinking of wearing floral pieces without the bright bold theme, this print is definitely for you. It is the mixture of warm tones- burgundy, reds, dark greens etc.
A mini skirt isn’t a favorite style of mine, but this piece is an exception because it’s one you never want to pass on. Smocked, elasticized and perfect to be styled in a different way! For a body-hugging piece like this, there is a constant struggle to keep your tummy tucked in lol.
Styling/accessorizing is never a hard task. You either go with gold/silver accessories, colorful, minimalistic or statement. It about your preference and the overall look you desire. For this outfit, you can opt for a floral piece of earring and that will be great especially if you love mixing prints, or you can keep it simple with a gold twirl hoop like mine.
