Back again with another post sharing my skincare and beauty empties, sharing whether I love them enough to repurchase. This is a series I do whenever I have a bunch of products I just finished. In a bid to share an accurate well rounded testimony on these products, I always get them to the last use.
Supergoop hit a jackpot with their glow stick sunscreen. It is one of the easiest sunscreen I have used in terms of application. The stick packaging makes it easy to apply and reapply throughout the day. It is one product I love and will always have in my collection. It is clear, non greasy and also acts as a primer and highlighter for your makeup. I also love that is SPF 50 because I tend to use products that contains SPF 35 and above.
When it comes to tending to my dry skin, the Loccitane Almond Shower Oil conditions and softens my skin. The oil transforms into a milky textures that cleanses and softens my dry flaky skin. I can literally feel my skin being moisturized while in the shower. The after glow as well is undeniable and I am currently on my third bottle and counting.
Rare beauty armies, don’t come for me, but I don’t think I will be repurchasing this rare beauty lip oil. While the hint of color it adds to the lip is beautiful, I do not think it’s thick enough to keep my dry lips moisturized for long periods of time.So it’s a no for me on this one, I have used other lip oils that I prefer the texture and longevity.
I call these my brightening duo! Pacifica Beauty is one brand I will always gravitate towards. Their products are gentle and I never get irritations or side effects. Their glycolic acid + vitamin C serum is a good product and good way to introduce Vitamin C to your routine without spending $$$. Of course Neutrogena is an OG brand for me and this bright boost cream is also a good addition to your collection if you are looking to give your skin an overnight treatment.
