I always share what skincare product I use, but I have never shared my daily habits that contributes to my clear skin. While I share these habits with my friends, I think I need to also share them with my online readers.

- I focus on keeping my mind clear and staying happy. People underestimate how a happy mindset can translate to your outward appearance. There is no doubt that some days are going to be sad or hard, but I strive to keep my mind, body and soul happy, so I can look younger and healthier.
- I have a busy mom life, and I aim at being in bed by 8:30pm everyday with 8-9 hours of sleep; however, there are certain exceptions that might keep me later than 8:30pm. When I get at least 8 hours of sleep, I feel very refreshed in the morning, ready to tackle my day.
- Waking up before my household, to have the first hour in silence, sets me up for a good day with a healthy balance. Having my shower routine, skincare and picking out a good outfit. These little steps contributes to my overall wellness.
- Having good meals everyday; and by good meals, I mean home cooked meals. I have come to enjoy cooking for my family and eating outing less or occasionally. You are what you eat.
- Not staying out too late that will disrupt my sleep pattern. As mentioned earlier, there are exceptions to being out too late, but this should not happen on a regular basis.
- Reducing stress and not over booking myself with activities. As one who already has a busy daily life, I find time to PAUSE; a time where I do nothing but sit with myself. This helps my body get sufficient rest to feel rejuvenated. When your body feels rested, your skincare works better, your body heals faster, and your internal organs work better.
- I do not drink alcohol often. If I drink, it is mostly in social settings or occasionally if we have guests over. Even then I still keep my alcohol intake little to nothing.
- Following alcohol, I also do not drink/drink less carbonated drinks i.e Soda, fizzy drinks, beverages of any kind. I am quite weary and may take occasional sips if in a social setting.
- Drinking lots of water daily. We all know this one; water gives you clear skin irrespective of what skincare. It contributes to cleansing your bowels and purging toxic substances from the body.
- Loving God, focusing on my entire family, protecting my inner peace and just minding my business.
