Styling and Mixing Vibrant Colors For Summer.

Hello everyone, welcome back and I hope you all are doing well. For my new subbies on here, I am glad you came on this journey with me. On Today’s Blog Post, I will be sharing more on how to style vibrant colors for summer.

Colors are my thing! I breath them, I live in them and I incorporate them into my everyday lifestyle. For me, colors make me happy, they brighten my day and add this bubbly feeling to it. Hence, styling these bright bold colors weren’t a task for me.

Although I wear colors all season/year round, I tend to explore more bold colors in summer. I am currently curating a green color scheme on my Instagram page, to add more vibrancy to the outlook. It is truly refreshing to have a colorful feed mixed with bold prints and patterns.

I have had this thrifted New York and Company Olive Green Shirt for a while now and it so happened that these Bombay Brown Pants also from New York and Company was a steal on their website. I was thrilled to have found them on clearance, and for the quality, it was a good bargain. Original Price $69.95 and got them for a whopping $13.99. For the color and the style, it was a good deal. I will go for a pants like these than a jean any day!

These pants are a shiny silky fabric, soft pleats with a flattering wide leg silhouette. I do love a good wide leg pants and these ones are gorgeous, true to size with a nice fit. I got them in a size small (4). As you can see, it has belt hoops, front slash pockets, pleating in front and a zip hook and bar closure. Although the description calls it a bombay brown, I consider it to be orange in color.

I chose to style these pants with this beautiful Olive Green Shirt, which is slightly oversized. I love the sleeve length which sits right in my palm to create that stylish corporate look. These colors are great together because they are complimentary rather than overbearing. There is also a striking balance between the hues and the shades of each item.

To style this look, I decided to tone down with my accessories, in other to keep the focus on the outfits, so I chose my clear heel, Tan Structured bag and my Curb Chain Earrings. These accessories are perfect individually and collectively as they create that balance for the overall appearance of the look.
