A Traditional Christmas Tree.

Omg Christmas is in two days and I can’t be more excited that my favorite holiday is fast approaching. In the spirit of the season, I decided to share what my Christmas Tree looked like this year.

I don’t share home or decoration contents on here but this is an exception because it’s Christmas! You can check out My Instagram for more lifestyle and home organization contents.

I have always known to use the traditional red, green and gold for Christmas decorations until I moved to the US and I began seeing different amazing themes that caught my fancy. Last year, I kept my decor pretty basic because I had my baby at the end of November and I swamped with the idea of welcoming a new born. This year, I decided to do a little extra with my Tree.

I decided to add more textured ribbons with different designs and fabrics. I wanted a red and gold theme with lots of poinsettias and 99% of everything was gotten from HOBBY LOBBY, with the Tree from 2 years back, a couple ornaments and I bought a few more to add this time around. I also got some gold cones for my coffee table which isn’t pictured here but they are so beautiful with stunning gold rhinestones.

Last year, I had somewhat of a bronze and red theme but this time, I decided to overshadow the bronze ornaments by adding lots of gold and red ornaments.

For my gifts, I wrapped a bunch of boxes with a gold wrapping sheet and tied them with a mesh ribbon I got from FAMILY DOLLAR. I couldn’t bear to wrap our actual presents which came in massive boxes so I switched those for these tiny boxes to create the “Illusion” of me wrapping our gifts. However, our large Christmas gifts are currently under the Tree.

I hope you did enjoy this blog post. Wishing you all a Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays. Make sure you stay safe as you celebrate the festivities and thank you all for being on here, subscribing, commenting and liking. See you all soon! xoxo Joy
