If you are new here, welcome to my colorful world. A world where I am very expressive with my colorful outfits, I live for colors, they make me happy and especially the bright bold ones. I decided that this Spring, I will venture into more color combinations, by pairing vibrant shades and otherwise. To kick off this colorful spring series, I am starting with this Mint Green and Coral (which I call deep peach sometimes) Look.

I find these shades to be individually beautiful and even powerful together. They are bold and daring, which can be very intimidating for someone who doesn’t love or wear colorful outfits.

I was going for a coral monochromatic look with a touch of green, so I paired this Forever21 lace trimmed cami and my Zara high waisted pants to give the illusion of a one piece, and topped off the look with my Thrifted Ann Taylor blazer. Accessorizing was pretty easy as I worked with two colors for my outfit. I chose my Looks Like Summer Olive Structured Bag and my Sandals. For my jewelries, I threw on a gold hoop and a twirl gold necklace, keeping it a little minimal.

I see colors as styling tools which you can get the most out of. They are hues, contrasts, tones, pigments etc that can be combined in different ways, you just have to keep playing and experimenting with them. In my recent Youtube Video, I shared different ways to combine colorful pieces and I was able to style these pants in 4-5 ways. If you feel stuck in your neutrals and want a little break from the grey and blacks, you can start by adding subtle colors to your looks before graduating to my kind of looks lol. It is never that serious, just play around to see what your style personality feels comfortable in.
