A Black Owned Accessory Brand And How To Incorporate Them Into Your Wardrobe.

Monaezi Oddboy Bag

Are you in the market for a black owned accessory brand? A brand that is stylish, minimalistic and chic at the same time? The Monazeni brand is one that I have recently come across this past Summer and I couldn’t help but fall in love with their bags. I first spotted them on some influencers and never thought they were black owned until I looked into them. Fortunately for me, few weeks after I stumbled on the brand, I was asked to be gifted one and of course I said yes.

Today’s blog post is about the MONAZENI CROSSBODY ODDBOY BAG and how to incorporate black brands into your wardrobe.

What drew my attention to the Oddboy bag is the structure and distinctive design. The oddboy collection comes in five different colors, of which four are two-toned and the blue one is a solid color. I love the simplicity and class the bag portrays. It is made with Vegan leather and comes with zipper closure, inner pockets and one detachable shoulder strap. The gold tone hardware and engraved name, gives it that minimal classic touch, creating the perfect overall look for the bag. I love that it can fit my phone, wallet, tablet and some lipglosses.

The best part is the Oddboy bag being able to fit into my seasonal wardrobe without any restriction and as a color enthusiast, I see so many ways I could style this for the upcoming Fall/Winter season.

Typically when you hear of black owned brands, whether they be clothing, accessory, or skincare, the first thought is will they fit my wardrobe aesthetic? Let me tell you, there are a tonne of black owned brands that fit perfectly into my lifestyle compared to non-black owned. It is until recent times that people began to expand their picks into black owned, me inclusive and the reason being (for me) I wasn’t aware of any or more options I could choose from. The same way I don’t shop all non black brands, is the same I won’t shop all black owned brands because it’s all about your personal style and lifestyle. If the brand doesn’t fit, no need to include it. The Monazeni brand fits into my overall personal style which made it easy to be included into my wardrobe.
