Wearing and styling prints have always been my thing. I love beautiful prints and I think it stems from being a Nigerian. We love bold beautiful prints, prints that depict color, richness and flamboyance. Leopard prints defines everything bold and audacious.
Animal prints can fit into any closet especially a neutral capsule wardrobe or a maximalist who loves prints. They act as a little bit of spice, to enhance a closet. I added this leopard suiting to my closet. It is from New York and Company and it fits into my closet perfectly. It adds an eye catching element to my wardrobe, while maintaining a neutral character. I can style it in different ways by wearing the blazer on it’s own with a plain black or brown pants and the pants with an oversized white shirt.
If suiting isn’t your style, you can add a leopard print dress or accessory to your closet, for that extra touch. It is a versatile print that goes with almost everything especially all colors.
Animal prints are fun and a matching printed fit is actually one of the easiest ways to style animal prints. They are interesting and also a conversation starter. You can pull it off with a pair boots, faux fur coat or a jeans. Instead of layering your prints with basic closet essentials, go for items with texture. Whether its through a tiny accessory like a belt or earrings, it’s time to add some animal prints to your closet.
