What better time to create a Berry makeup look than Fall. It is a time where we get to explore on all things berry, burgundy, dark purples and browns. It is a shade that brings the warmth of Fall and the boldness that comes with the season.
There is something very soothing and cozy about these shades and having to incorporate them into my makeup routine. Glad that berries and burgundy are shades I typically enjoy using because they are on the red spectrum.
Going for a different Fall makeup look?, try using a different shade eyeliner by deviating from the typical black that we use. I opted for the Rare Beauty perfect strokes longer gel eyeliner in the shade “Compassion”. It opens up my eyes in a very unique way. I can tell people resonated with this eye look because, someone on my Lemon8 profile said she “now needs colored eyeliners”. Sometimes, it’s all about trying something new and seeing how plays out.
Making my whole look tie in and be cohesive, I chose the Stay Vulnerable melting blush from Rare beauty, in shade “Nearly Berry”. It is one of the most beautiful blushes I own. The formula is buttery smooth with a satin finish, which keeps your skin hydrated but not oily. Nearly berry is a deep berry shade from their collection which is perfect for Fall season.
