Edgy Leather Jacket Look
Monochromatic Faux Leather Jacket Look

I don’t typically consider myself/ style Edgy but once in a while, I love to flip things around, try out something fresh and new because my style is ever evolving. When I saw this Leather Jacket on their site, I instantly fell in love with the color “Woodland Green” and decided to create a monotone look (typical me) since they had this faux leather pants as well. Also, one of the look challenges for this month was a monotone look, so it was best to go with it.

How To Wear A Leather Jacket

As a wardrobe staple, this Faux Leather Asymmetrical Moto Jacket creates that cool-girl chic look that effortlessly conveys an edgy, downtown vibe. It has a moto collar, an asymmetrical zip-front closure, front zipper pockets, knit inset and it is lined. I love the fit and the silver hardware details.

The faux leather pants which I wished hugged me a little bit more, came in a size medium and hits ankle length with slim fit that “hugs the body” , elasticized waist band and back pockets. If I had gone a size down, I would have gotten the right fitting for the pants. However, they are not a bad buy.

Edgy and Chic Moto Jacket Look

For styling, I wanted something more edgy so I paired both items with my Kenneth Cole wet look booties and a pair of white turtle neck top which I got from New York and Company last season and my gold twist earrings from them as well. At this point, I think this entire look/ post should be dedicated to New York & Company. I decided to use white to style both pieces because it would accentuate them as they are more on a darker shade. Kept my jewelry simple while going for those booties to finish up the edgy look.

You can also pair your Moto Jacket with a Dress, Skirt, Pair of Jeans, Shirt, or a Pair of Pants.
