As Valentine’s day approaches, we will be thinking about outfits for that day, what to wear, and how to style them etc. These thoughts consists of a nice hair do, a makeup look, accessories and a good manicure. However, today’s post will be centered on “Valentine’s Day Outfit Ideas”
Valentine’s day is usually filled with reds, pinks, whites and in some cases black outfits but this time around, I decided to create this look for those who are not Valentine’s Day enthusiast, but want to look the part.
Floral and heart shaped pieces will definitely make you look like a Valentine’s day enthusiast but you can totally curate your outfit into what makes you comfortable.Whether it’s celebrating your girlfriends or your significant other, whoever your celebratory factor is you may be thinking of a casual or dressy look.
There is no set rule that pieces with heart shapes, are deemed appropriate for valentine’s day, but something appealing to your personal style which can be a pair of jeans and a fun top like mine, a simple dress or something plain and flattering will make do.
I am definitely a girly girl when it comes to choosing my Valentine’s Day look, but I chose this look for my edgy girls who love to wear their pants but make it look Valentine’s Day appropriate.

This is a ruffled-accent ribbed sweater from New York and Company. It comes with this voluminous ruffle along the neck which makes it feminine and Valentine’s Day perfect. Very chic and edgy at the same time.
These contrast stripe wide leg pants are definitely the Edgy piece in the entire look. They are simple, yet sophisticated. The accent pink stripes make them feminine but still edgy for that perfect Valentine’s Day look.
