A Simple Valentine’s Day Makeup Look.

simple Valentine's Day makeup look

Not everyone is into a full glam look, so I decided to share a very simple makeup look as an inspiration for Valentine’s Day.

It’s also not surprising that many people are new to makeup and with that, the search for beginner tips are on the rise. Therefore, I would be sharing this look with minimal products, as something you can easily create at the comfort of your home with less products.

One thing I love about simple makeup looks, is the ability to use less as less is becoming more. Natural Skin like makeup is on trend so why not create a Valentine’s Day inspired look on that.

For this makeup look, I used the Cover Fx Luminous Tinted Moisturizer in place of a foundation. Since I introduced tinted moisturizers into my makeup collection, I wear them more than I wear foundations. They have fast become my go to base for a simple makeup look as well as a glam makeup look. This Luminous Tinted moisturizer has a light coverage and it hydrates and evens out your skin tone.

The light coverage of the tinted moisturizer makes it a simple look to build on. I focused on my lips and eyes to create a pop of Valentine shade. For my graphic eye look, I used my old Zoeva “Heritage” Palette to create a graphic eye. These are one easy way to add a little bit of color to your eyes without worrying about a full eye lid look. I love how simple and beautiful they look.
