If it’s not viral, is it even a makeup product? Gone are the days where everyone talked more about the foundation they use than any other makeup product. This isn’t to say everyone must have a trendy or viral makeup product, or their makeup look must be on trend. This also does not in anyway indicate the non-existence or use of foundation.
On today’s blog post, I will be touching on a few makeup products that are “trendy” or “viral”. This isn’t an exhaustive list as everyone has their preference when it comes to beauty.
If you are on TikTok and watch all the beauty girlies, you must have heard of the Elf Halo Glow Liquid Filter which is an on trend makeup product right now. The liquid filter is a glow based you apply before your makeup or mixed with your foundation. I normally use it on its own, with my concealer or a little bit of tinted moisturizer. It’s such a gorgeous shimmer base that makes your skin glow without the need for a foundation.
The next must have is the Rare Beauty Soft Pinch Liquid Blush. Although I am yet to add that to my growing collection of blushes, I use the Pixi On The Go Blush in place, which is also a must have viral makeup product that is packed with skincare ingredients. The One/size Cheek Clapper 3D Blush Trio by Patrick Starr is on trend because its very pigmented.
The must have brow gel is Elf Bow Lift, Elf Brow and Lash Mascara, Anastasia Brow Gel, Refy Brow Gel (which is all over my Instagram and TikTok ad page) etc. For me, I love and swear by the Elf Brow products and the Anastasia one.
my makeup breakdown
