Holding on to what seems to be the last days of Summer. I am styling some outfits that can be worn in between a warm summer day and a cool Fall morning. Getting those Fall transition looks while it’s still warm out there, can be a little confusing. You find yourself stuck between wearing lighter layers and warmer layers.
Oversized long sleeve button down shirts are great Summer to Fall transition pieces. They provide extra coverage for your body, keep you warm without having to wear thick layers. You can also layer underneath with a turtle neck top for cooler temperatures. I found this pink oversized shirt in a store called Name Brand Clothing, and it is by New York & Company.
This look seems to be an all round New York & Company look, except the sunglasses. Colored denim is from New York & Company as well and the stretch and fit of this is perfect. You have seen me wear and style these feathered embellished heels in different ways, and they are perfect for styling into Fall as well. With the right top coat or blazer, this will be the Perfect Fall transition look for the colder months. Adding extra layers will kick off the Fall look without your having to remove any layer.
