I love a good spa date anytime and as we speak, I am thinking of booking my next appointment, but what happens in-between these Spa dates? Do I let my skin suffer? Do I ignore my skin needs and let it look dehydrated and dull? This is what you should do, to keep your skin refreshed in-between Spa dates, while reducing the number of appointments you need to make.

To be quite honest, Spa treatments especially facials can be expensive, costing you nothing less than $200 and up to $500 depending on what treatment you choose. Not everyone can afford to have these facial done consistently enough to produce the best results. Now what do you do? I say invest in more at home facial tools.
Best at home facial tools.
Although most treatments require a licensed aesthetician, but these tools are made for non professionals like us to use at home to derive the near best or best results possible. I started using Red light therapy at home and it’s been going great. It helps target acne scars while producing collagen for the skin and of course reducing wrinkles and fine lines. I use this once a week for less than 3 minutes on my entire face and I have no adverse reaction.
Next are gua sha and Jade rollers, which are the OG facial tools most people are comfortable with because they are not known as “devices”. They are easy tools for everyday use, to help sculpt your face, reduce lymphatic drainage and help your skincare products absorb into your skin better. I keep my Jade rollers in my skincare fridge to get that cooling effect.
Hydro cleansing facial sounds huge but you can also experience it at the comfort of your home. I recently got this Mavian Beauty Hydro deep cleansing facial tool that works as an exfoliating and hydrating device. It works great on the skin by removing dead skin cells while providing the ample hydration your skin needs. It also treat black heads, which I occasionally get as hormonal acne. I noticed that these acnes can most times leave a spot on my skin, which I treat using this device.
These tools/devices can be anywhere from being inexpensive like the Gua sha and Jade rollers to being expensive like the Hydro deep cleansing tool. However, they save you multiple Spa trips and having to book appointments every month. These tools will serve you for these in between spa treatments, keeping your skin revived, rejuvenated and refreshed. They can also serve as your at Home spa experience.
